ВK Compressor is a stationary single-stage oil-free low pressure air-cooled screw compressor. The compressor is mounted on the power frame of its own and is equipped with all connecting pipes and nozzles. It is intended for oil-free compression of air, which is used in the pneumatic transport units for bulk material transportation (grain, flour, sugar, salt, chemical granules, feed, coal dust, wood flour, cement, lime, ground rock, etc.).
Standard compressor equipment includes:
- screw block (GHH RAND and CVS, Germany) belt driven by the electric motor;
- electric motor (SIEMENS, Germany), protection grade IP 55;
- inlet air filter;
- muffler with a safety valve and output pipe of the compressor, with built-in check valve;
- bearing and gearing lubrication system with oil pump, filter and heat exchanger for oil cooling;
- control protection and operation system;
- Star-delta starting system;
- shock absorbers for the power block;
- soundproof body;
- sturdy frame - base that requires no special foundation.
Options:
- BC — frequency converter
- О — with air cooler (to transport sugar and polymeric materials granules)
Compressors of the ВС batch have the following advantages:
- higher energy efficiency compared to screw oil-flooded compressors (up to 18 m³ / kW / h);
- low maintenance (oil and oil filter change after 1 year of operation, air filter replacement based on contamination sensor readings, no separator filter);
- no release of oil into the compressed air (oil is only used for the lubrication of bearings and gears), which allows to use our compressors in food and chemical industries;
